Submitted my paperwork on August 10th and I am still waiting. It will be 13 weeks this upcoming Friday (Nov. 9th).
Update (11/28/18): Received check (dated Nov. 23,2018) on 11/27/18. Almost 16 weeks this upcoming Friday (11/30/18).
