I did not notice mine ever timing out! My A8 used to time out much sooner.
Did you notice the quality of the button for the massage seats? It kind of sticks and sometimes stays in contact and cycles to off. LOL.
If you use these things too much they die. I used my A8 massager a lot and it died about 2 years if I recall. The tech was not happy to fix that. It took him about 8 hours to do.
