Yes, the rods are weak, a few have opened up their engines after running a tune/jb4 only to find bent rods...
^^^this^^^^ just take a look at the F10 M5 forums. Lots of blown engines / bent rods. I have seen this firsthand with several members of our S Florida ///M group.

This platform is not anywhere close to bulletproof and the tune / JB4 combo is a ticking time bomb IMO, especially if you're not a gear head.

Let's see what happens when tunes become available.
