I think dynamic mapping is the case where, lets say, instead of you loading a XX octane map and a YY octane map, you could have a map that would adjust all the setting to the octane that it reads.
So it would be a more advanced program.

not enough memory or preccessing power? It would be easier, though might take a little longer to develop.
Do you need more data from the different octanes, so that later, you might put out a "master" map that would switch between stock and tune, and read the octane and other pertinents, and then optimize performance.
