I know a local shop so pretty descent welding job at very reasonable price. I had him do muffler delete on my e39 M5 and fabricate OEM look quad pipe. It only cost me 250 bucks including materials!
If not mistaken MPE needs to be welded right? If not then it's even better!
Search for shoreline muffler (that is, if you are located around seattle area)
If you decide to get the whole system from other manufactures that are bolt on. I can do it for you. I did the full meisterschaft with my buddy who have a lift at home
