I do have that. My State Farm insurance emergency roadside assistance is what made me wait 30 min to reach a live being for each call. BMW is no better and have had a similar crappy experience with them.

And good luck breaking down on a busy day like during a huge storm. Them apologizing all the time won't make a truck available.
