It is always a good idea to have Roadside Assistance from your insurance company as well. It's usually only about 10 bucks/6 months but gives you added security when this sort of thing happens. And since they specialize in this sort of stuff (for the rest of the world who can't afford a fancy BMW with Assist, but still need that assistance), they are much quicker.
