Yes, you'd be fine doing that. Generally with the staggered setup, you use the front tire as your spare and you'd be just fine. You wouldn't screw anything up. Your winter setup will likely be the same size as your summer setup front tire, which you can also use in the rear (as it is what comes with the car for those who ordered runflats).
