You know officer James Casey? Has his own Facebook spotted page and he don't like me one bit. It's not like I blend in much and I try to avoid his usual spots but he's always in my area so it's kind of difficult.
. I can handle the no front plate tickets (3 so far) but tack on tinted windows he'll be pulling me over every second day. Yes the 3 plate tickets were from him.
Btw. Has nothing to do with Toronto or Ottawa it's a provincial law. Most cops don't bother...probably less so in Toronto.
