Smog test in Germay...?
Do you guys have to pass a smog test? From what I've been seeing it looks like Germany is getting stricter but I wanted to hear from those there. Is it a pain to mod your cars there? Here in Italy they will tax you and fine you just for modding your damn car. I'm USAF and really like Germany and hope to get stationed there after Italy.
My main question is, if I was to get a High Flow Cat (HFC) down pipe would I have to worry about passing emissions? Also, are picky is it there with exhaust sound too?
