I think I’m well aware of what should be and what happens. I was merely suggesting that when those two align it should be consistent. It should also be the expectation and what a good leader will ensure occurs. Weak leaders cannot provide what is necessary to complete this correlation between individual contributions and team contributions and the alignment of such.
The strong ones have, and those are the ones with a history of winning and not a fluke.
