Ive shipped multiple wheels across the US. You will definitely want to go through FedEx. Shipping with the tires is gonna make it much more expensive, but wheels only was typically $140-200 for all (4).
With that said, it may be best if you separate your setup. Sell the tires locally then the wheels where ever you can.
