Because generally BMW only makes 2 iterations. A ECE version and a US version. I believe its a law that the rear tire cannot extend past the fender at any point so they solved this by adding this cheap piece of plastic. US does not have this law. hence no plastic. similar to why non CS M5s don't have laser lights in US but they do everywhere else. |
