He's driving his car safely. Teaching his young son how to do things properly without being a bell end and hopefully not showing him it's ok to race through residential streets etc.

Safe to do on the right stretch of road - the German gov recognise this, whereas our UK gov prefer to bury their head in the sand and insist on 70mph limit, if not 60/50/40 nowadays

So let's see...

Racing on public roads.

Doing it with other cars present.

Passing cars.

Going at least 125 mph with a speed limit of 62-75 mph

Doing it at dusk or later.

Got an 11 yr of in the car.

What could possibly go wrong?

As for the autobahn, all the cars have passed German inspection, all of the drivers have passed the German car license test, and all the highways are well kept and made of a pretty gritty concrete. Ya think that's true for Panama (or the US?)
