With Welcome lights turned off in iDrive, i didn't have any issues before the update or after update. No errors, everything working properly, except the Welcome Lights, thats why they are turned off in idrive for me.
There was a rumour that after March update the welcome lights start working, but this is not the case. Hence my update to this post.
