CF is electrically conductive though and that does make it interfere with RF signals. There are plenty of reports of CF shark fins killing people's Sirius/XM reception, and if you search around you'll find loads of similar reports for other rf signals. HERE'S one that shows an RC antenna signal going from 1.6 mW down to 0.02 mW from a CF RC boat hull.
