I'm so sorry for not getting back to you sooner.
I'm afraid overseas shipments are just out of the question unless you fancy paying about as much for shipping as you would for the wheels. The general quote for 4 wheels and tires was upwards of $1500 by UPS.
Blame the rising oil prices.
