It will be the same boost gain.
Right now you feel it spool faster since the engine breath and release gas easier.
Imagine if you are with stuffy nose and constipated, you will be more sluggish, while still having the same amount of power.
I just recently re-install my stock downpipe, the car doesn't pickup the power as quick as when I was on catless.
