We've done a few with 285/305, no issues. We got the correct offset for it. However, MP4S isn't available in that size so most people would prefer MP4S 295/30/21 over PZero 305/30/21. MP4S is naturally wider than PZero, so it's a washed.
Yes, you can also do 285/295. Just buy which combo the tire sizes are available in your desired brand. M5 AWD system isn't that sensitive, just saying withing 1.8% OD ratio between front and rear.
Ferrari 488 and F8 Tributo that we're doing testings on, the other hand, is extremely sensitive to tire sizes. Although it's 2WD, it has very sensitive sensors in each corner of the car.
