What is the ratio of the MS101 and 91 you use?
We have (R+M)/2 100 and 104 (I think R+M might be octane rating?) in Arizona which is equal to Research 105 and 110:

Is research 110 higher than VP109?
Could you also say run map 6 on the 100 octane, or would you need the 104?
EDIT: just re-read your post saying "Anything higher than map2 you need MS109" So then the 260 GT Plus is for anything higher than map 2...?
