Your 0-60 is horrible. Fixing that alone is going to pick up a ton of time. Launching as soon as flag pops might be a tad too soon. I don't know exactly when I launch to be honest but I'm pretty sure the flag is there for a 1/2 second to a second before I release the brake.
But, on the other hand your trap speed at 128 is pretty low. Like stock level. Usually if I blow my take off my trap speed is usually higher not lower. Your logs look off for sure, timing and fuel trims are bouncing all over.
As others said, 91+boostane isn't the best. If you're going to the track at least try to find some Shell MS101 on map2. Anything higher than map2 you need MS109. And I have done multiple runs of 10.15 on map2 with a mix of MS101 and 91. Map2 is very capable.
Also, do you know what the DA was? That plays a big role as well. Going from 3000 DA to 1500 I picked up 3 tenths on the same day/night. I only dream of negative DA's.. lol Maybe one day I'll get them
