But if it were me, if i were doing downpipes then i would simultaneously add turbo blankets and heat tape. also replace as much plastic parts as you can. wrap all the coolant lines with sleeves etc. the coolant lines that run through the hot v are going to fail if they haven't started leaking already.

Yep, that's mostly the plan for me. Catless DPs, Eventuri Intakes, not sure what catback exhaust yet and a tune
Doing some research I see the hot V setup causes a lot of heat and I'd like to help reduce that via mods and also get some better sound over stock
