Dealers don't want cars sitting in their lots for too long, hence why some of the 19's are being snatched up at some really nice pricing...
Dealer vs dealer trade is still a pain in the ass for them... Much like in profession sports trades, it has to be relatively even in terms of a trade between two dealerships, price wise...
Custom build? They are even less inclined to bottom out the pricing...
