I believe that there are other posts on this topic, but my understanding was that the 2019's were not being electronically limited (that is, launch control is active out of the gate). They strongly recommend that you not abuse it for the first 1200 miles/2000 km.
I thought someone posted a screenshot of the bmw guidance on this, but can't seem to find it quickly.
