Can anyone help me out? I want to order a 320i with the ZSP and ZMT packages per this article but here in Canada:

They are the ZMT (Manual) which my local dealer has figured out (easy, since the auto is an option, just don't select it!)
The issue is the ZSP package... Up here I guess that just means "special order" - it;s a $400 fee to special order, it isn't a package as they reference in the article I referenced... Specifically I just want a base 320i with the 56speed manual and this sport package for commuting and weekend autoX....
How can I get these options on a 320i in Canada?!:
- high performance summer tires
- M sport suspension
- increased speed limiter
- 18-inch alloys
- Anthracite headliner.
