Anyone have thoughts on oil change intervals? I always like to change the oil a bit earlier than the viscosity sensor and / or computer suggests - especially since this car is a purchase that I plan on keeping. That said, since maintenance is covered for the first 4 yr/80k km - has anyone increased their change frequency of oil changes and if so per the OPs question what oil did you use? I would be interested to see if anyone used a different oil than the oem dealership selection and if it’s ok to switch back and forth (Assuming oil meets appropriate API rating)
