I have no reason to doubt OP other than "it's the Internet" and people often make up shit for no reason. However, I don't know that I've heard of someone paying for a tune because they were annoyed at forum threads saying it was fake. Like you're sitting around reading threads about a questionable tune and then your conclusion is to go spend $2-3000 (? — I don't know the cost) because it was annoying. That's probably the most odd thing about this to me. 😀
