As a side note to pushing your car hard, have you ever thought of sending in an oil sample to be analyzed to see what's going on with the internals of your motor? If and when I do push my car hard for more than a few runs, I do send a sample in just to know if things are starting to happen inside the motor before it gets serious. You would be surprised at what they can tell about the condition of your motor.
