Unfortunately no, it's relatively simple though. I can give some recommendations
1. Remove all wheels (I've heard and seen diys of people installing mudflaps with the tires still on, you'll regret that)
2. Have a sharp knife or scissors to cleanly cut the mudflaps.
3. There was no measurements for me, I kinda eyeballed it and went for it
4. The rears are the hardest part so
I recommend doing the fronts first.

The front have rivets under the fenders where the holes would line up, so they need to get drilled out right? I guess I'll have to eyeball it too.

I didn't drill any of the rivets in the front out, they lined up quite nice but the bottom section I had a to make a few cuts for it to fit
