Holy smokes.. I hate to see that garage wall... yes my wife did something similar on the X1. Here's my best answer: Get a quote from an autobody shop, and if it's under $400 just get them to do it. So seeing all those parts that are broken I can tell you that my dealer charged an arm and a leg for less parts. I ended up finding some dealer in Georgia I think (it's not coming up in my email right now) that charged less than half my local one.. so call around. The mirror pops straight off. The mirror cap is held on by 3 clips. The bottom and top trim you should be able to find all the screws available. You need some god awful Torx 7 I believe? Sized screwdriver for most of the screws in that mirror. I could not find it in any of my kits, so I found a precision screwdriver set at harbor freight that had it. Since your car is new (looking to me) then your screws hopefully will come out nice. You'll have to also unbolt the mirror holder to get the trim piece back around it. It's not that hard (if all the screws come out) The mirror cap should come color matched already (my wife's was alpine white.. it was white plastic painted). So once taken all apart:
1) put the base back on. 2) finagle the mirror holder back in. 3) put the LED back in. 4) snap the mirror cap back on 5) put mirror back on (has two wires for the heated mirror). Oh yes, the mirror literally pops out.. just pry it off nicely and don't rip off the wires that are attached. Label each wire.
