After looking at a few ram air scoop's on the open market I tried my hand at making my own. Result was a LOT of cut up cardboard !! Never did get it to a point i was happy with.

Anyone out their care to share a design?

BTW using a bit of redneck improvisation I did successfully make a scoop from a 90degree 2"diameter black PVC pipe. Attached with two zipties.
