6 days and not a single ping from BMW stolen vehicle assist. All communication to the vehicle went offline within 30 mins of the theft. Any other way to track this?

That sucks...sorry to hear. The city is crazy now. At least have some peace knowing that the perps are likely from the south or west side and probably will be shot dead within a year by a rival gang.
