I personally did chose the Coolingmist CMGS kit at the time since the price was much lower and the Labonte kit was not available for shipping. If you consider to buy a used CM system you need to check that the firmware is upgraded to the latest version to support meth flow signal to the Procede. I personally like the extra tank tray that is included with the Labonte kit better than the CM tank, but I'm using the windshield washer tank for a completely hidden install so it isn't then a factor.
It is good to be able to see the meth flow and possible warnings directly on the CM CMGS unit when it is mounted in a pod on dash. This is difficult to do with the VC-2, which is much larger and difficult so install nice
and visible. I think there is a possibility to buy a flow meter directly from Labonte for the Vishnu meth kit.
I have to say I'm very pleased with the CM kit that I've been using for more than a year. The support from Dave at CM is also very good.
The plug-and-play solution by the Vishnu/Labonte kit is probably easier to install, so the decision depends a bit in how used you are to install stuff like this.
