Yes that's correct. It's quite a standard affair. You may need to do a TPMS reset on your iDrive if the car senses wheels in a different position than before, but that's easily described in the manual.
More important is to make sure your tire tech uses either fully "touchless" equipment, or the parts of the equipment that touch the tire bead/wheel rim and center bore are plastic-lined. This is to mitigate scratches on the rim.
