I understand that getting a tyre dealer to repair a punctured RFT is difficult, if not impossible, as there's rarely any visible evidence of sidewall damage, which makes it impossible to fully assess the tyre's repairability.
Therefore, mindful of the fact that the tyre will have to be discarded, I think I react exactly the same way as you and drive on, albeit at lower speed and with increased caution.
Once home I'd assess the wear on the remaining three tyres and possibly consider switching to non-runflats all round.
