I think the whole suspension is designed around the stiffer sidewalls of run flats my f10 is an m sport on 18s and it rides far better then my old e60 m sport on 18s even in sport mode onnthe suspension. There is only a slot in the boot for a small laptop no space for a spare wheel, not even a space saver.
