I very highly doubt that any dealer would provide this information for you. They don't even like to provide the regular invoice price.
Usually places like edmunds.com or autospies.com will post news about such things but I don't think there will be any great discounts to be had on the E90 for some time to come, regardless of holdbacks or whatever else.
The consensus seems to be that if you're getting $1000 off MSRP for delivery in the US you're getting a really great deal. Since backing away from Euro Delivery this is what I am aiming for.
