No problem.
What you are asking most likely only can be done via flash tune. But then, you have to load a different tune everytime you are about to valet and flash it again when you retrieve the car from valet, since DME only capable to store 1 mapping.
Another thing you may want to consider is dashcam.
It will record and if anything happened, you can use it as evidence.
