Hi Sotonjoe
Yes the car has had some warranty work. There's been a number of parts changed due to me being very particular about the look of the car and any noises etc.
Early on there were some issues with the turbo system which has been completely replaced.
It has also had a new steering rack due to a slight knock that started during cornering. They said that normally they wouldn't have changed it but they knew I wouldn't accept that so saved everyone the time and just changed it
As mentioned there are four new wheels on the car and a new rear light cluster.
The dash and console was rebuilt with felt in the joins to stop creaks etc
But at present the car looks great and drives really well. I'm only changing because they gave me an M3 for the day when it was last in and I realised how much I've missed Petrol cars. That combined with me doing a lot fewer miles than I used to meant that (in my mind anyway
) could justify the M3
