I know this is an older thread but researching the CF side skirts, I definitely like the way they look, just curious if any others have noticed that unassuming passengers, kids, dogs, ice/snow, speed bumps, etc, have any real potential of damaging the skirts? I don't want to spend $1500 and worry about ruining them in short order. Thanks for any feedback. The M5 I have on order will have port installed CF mirrors, pro spoiler and rear diffuser in Brands Hatch Grey, at first I didn't think the skirts would be missed, but as I wait and wait for the build, of course I waste time in lockdown pondering such trivial things...
