I heard a similar timeframe from my dealer: on the 18th, the software should be updated for cars at the port and on the 23rd, vehicles that are in stock at dealers should be updated. Dealer also said that I should be able to drive it by Thanksgiving which, assuming the dealer's closed on actual Thanksgiving, would be the 24th!
