I have noticed that the darker matte colors have more sheen. Dark blue and black are noticeably satin rather than matte.
Yeah it was frozen bronze, it did reflect the light differently.

I am going to get the detailers opinion, because I could just be imaging things. It doesn't help that the car is in the garage too. Waiting for a sunny day to take it out, which will probably be tomorrow.
