I have read several threads over the last couple of weeks on this forum about KW's and m550 springs, but at this point really not sure what I'm reading is answering my question. A lot of those threads talk about the drop, not the comfort.

Any suggestions on what I can do to soften the ride a little bit? There seems to be a lot of debate around the KW's being more harsh than the standard suspension?

And no, I'm not selling the M5 to go to an m550, so thanks for sparing that advice.

Thanks everyone!
I would recommend you KW HAS for more comfortable ride quality.
Yes, it cost more, but guaranteed that you'll be happy.
You think the KW HAS is softer than base M5 springs?
IIRC, compared to base, slightly comfortable.
So KW HAS will lower a base and make it more comfortable? If that's the case I think I should do it. But I am just curious why it can be lowered and more comfortable. Or how would this setup compare with a LCI Comp
