I was in the same boat as you. I was totally going to go with #2 on your list, but just kept thinking about how pissed I was going to be when I got my first door ding for scratch a rear fender. I ended up going with full PPF and ceramic on top of it. I did this for the ease of washing, but mostly for peace of mind. I work/park at a busy shopping mall, and have 2 small kids with bikes right next to my car in the garage. At the end of the day, the extra money will make me a nicer dad
