Would go for CCBs

It all depends on preferences and actual use.
From my experience with the F10:
. steel on my own car with standard pads and high temperature brake fluid
. when driving on german autobahns the temperature impact of braking from higher speeds cracked the discs ie from the drilled holes outwards
. had the discs and pads replaced 4 times (over 90000kms) under warranty... and I have never been on track
. and the usual brake dust...

. participated at M track trainings with M5 and M6 equipped with CCBs
. good fade resistance but the ultimate weak point are the tires which then can overheat
. have checked all the other cars with CCBs and notably one M4 which was used as a track taxi for guests and no signs of cracks
. but the M5 is much heavier / to compare when doing the M Nürburgring 2 day training the M6s with CCBs had no issue whatsoever

Personally I am waiting a little for the F90 but will definitely go for CCBs.
