It's actually harder than it looks. I attempted, but had a tech at my dealer do it instead. You have to take off the mirror first, then inside the housing are 2 clips that you have to push out for the housing to come off. You then have to disconnect the electrical wire harness attached to the cap (for the turning light signal). You then reverse these instructions to put on new cover. I
I didn't take a video of it, but took some pictures. I'm pretty handy, but the mirror removal scared me. I didn't want to break it which is why I had the tech do it. It's probably a 20 minute job if you get someone that knows what they're doing. Best of luck! What are you going with?
