H&R sport spring for 523 and 528 is suitable for both model, there is no difference. In the website they refer to the US models and no 523 there, that's why.
If you want to save a few bucks, get the springs. Otherwise get the coilovers, better stance and performance. I have H&R but still found it a little bit high to my taste.
No necessary to take out the back seat. Tell the mechanic to access the rear suspensions through the rear speakers.
