Bobby - I did this very thing last November. Go to
www.swapalease.com and have at it. I picked up my current 2017 M440i with 24 months remaining on the lease, and the previous leasee installed a Dinan Stage 1 tune and H&R lowering springs. Hell of a deal.
There happens to be a black 2017 M240i on there with 24 months left for $576 with over 1100 miles per month.
