I do not believe the equipment is accurate? There is a lag in when it starts measuring, so you always get a better time than what it really was (likewise most mags). The way I did it is using a OBDII key which obviously plugs into the OBD pod, which then bluetooth the signal to a GPS device. The GPS device then calculates the timing and the speed. Unfortunately we stuffed up on my runs and were measuring 0-98kmh (we wanted 0-100kmh, but 60mph is only 96kmh).
