The fact that the configurator shows more leather than what full leather actually provides is technically false advertising. Charging $3500 for significantly less leather that what is expected is bad form for BMW. It sure does not look like we get our $3500 worth upgrading to full leather. What would be really helpful is if an extended leather car was compared to a full leather car, with all the additional leather pointed out. If it's merely under the dash and a small piece on the center console, it sure seems like a waste of money.
